Last week, Wednesday, I started on a new idea to create the Transformers Starscream G1 ✈
While I have some sketches, and a rough idea on where to go with this, I realized I really wasn’t committed to the initial sketch. And now, I’m wondering about size if you can imagine by the size of the head atm.
Here is how it began:
That size head seemed just about right for the idea.
A nose and some eyes later I started to feel a better connection to it. Then I added the eyelids and meh:
I had to tweek my own eyes to feel out the rough exaggerated shape/look, so I started over:
After some personal facial expressions I just dove into the work until it was too late in the evening to continue. Yesterday, Friday, I added some of the back part of the head while I continued to research what it should look like -approximately, of course.
